I know we’re still in summer, so technically I still may come across more ‘finds and favourites’ however as summer is drawing to a close, I thought now would be a good time to share some of my favourite so far.
So here goes, I hope you enjoy 🙂
House of Spring
What is House of Spring you ask? Let me explain, and you can thank me afterwards 🙂
House of Spring is a fairly new brand that is in the luxury shoe market. Bet I’ve caught your attention now lol.
The shoes are designed here in London and are made in Portugal. The premise of the brand is the creation of Parisian chic style with the vibrant vibes of London. (You have to understand, for me Paris and Portugal are two of my favourite places, so this brand is already a yes in my books).
The main reason why I was drawn to House of Spring, is primarily because the shoes exude quality and in my opinion are very sexy. Furthermore not all the shoes are high heels; don’t get me wrong, I love a heel…but trust me, variety is the spice of life. Having said this however one of my favourites is a heel, and it goes by the name of the Azur Sandal.
For me House of Spring’s collection showcases a range of footwear, and I personally have liked the whole range so far.
I definitely look forward to seeing what this brand has to offer in the future, and it would be selfish of me not to share with you all lol.
House of Spring will be part of this years London Fashion Weekend taking place between 22-25 September 2016.

Dr Paw Paw
I actually mentioned Dr Paw Paw in one of my previous posts big-blogger expo; however as I have used the product consistently since I got it, I felt I needed to include it as a new favourite of mine.
Garnier Micellar Water
I love this….like seriously, I actually wonder how I coped before it existed! I have always had extremely sensitive skin, which is not helped by having occurrences of eczema. On top of this issue, I also have combination skin which is predominantly oily but with a dry T-Zone. Essentially this meant that the majority of products I tried did not agree with me. I experimented with high end, mid range and budget cleansers, but everything seemed to have a reaction….except Garnier Micellar Water.
For me this product is great because it doesn’t even cause the slightest reaction to my skin, and it seriously gets rid of all traces of make up, without the requirement of having to rinse your face again. I have to say I tend to buy more than one at a time (particularly when there are deals on), so I will always have a constant supply.

I first came across Nari Juice at an event I attended earlier this year (GUBA Expo), when I was given a free sample. I came across it again, when I attended the launch of otandohomeinteriors (see below as they are also on my list)
What can I say…Nari Juice just tastes good, but what’s even better is that it is made from natural products (specifically palm sap from Palm trees), meaning that it is full of goodness. From my experience a lot of drinks that are construed as ‘healthy drinks’ have strange tastes; but for me, when drinking Nari Juice, I actually taste the flavours that are on the bottles.
Furthermore if you want to change it up, Nari Juice can be used in cocktails….I mean, what more does one want! Nari Juice is currently stocked in Selfridges and a full list of their other stockists can be found on their website narijuice.co.uk
LA Girl Pro Conceal
As colour correctors go, I have to say L.A. Girl ranks high on my list. Honestly I am not too surprised as I highly rate their concealers.
I am actually a newbie to the world of colour correcting, and wanted to try out the same first with a brand that wasn’t too expensive; just to make sure I was able to do it properly, before purchasing a high end brand. However I am more than happy staying with L.A. Girl, why? The consistency is perfect. The correctors work very well with my tone, and it doesn’t bleed into my foundation. Furthermore for the price paid (which is under £5 per corrector), it is definitely value for money. My only issue with L.A. Girl is that it doesn’t seem to be widely available in stores, I find mine in the local hair and beauty shops, however their products can be purchased online at lagirlcosmetics
I have literally only been using this product for just under two weeks, however I love it already. It’s too soon to comment on it’s effectiveness regarding treating blemished skin, however with respect to treating dry skin its fantastic!
I have so much more to say about this product, but will reserve it until I am ready to do a full review after a few weeks of usage. If you can’t wait until then, definitely check out their website using the following link regenoil
OT and O Home Interiors Ltd
I originally wrote about this company in my first blog post africa-rise-up , however since then I have attended the official launch and I have watched the popularity of this company grow and grow. The reason why I wanted to highlight the products for this company again, is because they are unique. The company specialises in African-inspired home accessories, from rugs to cushion covers and wall art.
The products are simply stunning, and the owner Tosin has worked exceptionally hard to create designs not seen anywhere else.
If you are wondering, yes that is a rug of Tinie Tempah 🙂
OT and O Home Interiors offer a bespoke service, so you can get a Rug in a design of your choice; now how great is that! To see more of their designs and get further information check out their website otandohomeinteriors
Well that’s my list for now, I can already let you know I have another list in the works and will certainly share my further finds on the blog. Feel free to comment or to ask questions about anything I have mentioned in this post.
That’s all for now folks…till next time xoxo
